We offer a flat rate shipping rate (US only). This is the best rate available and takes 3 to 7 business days average. If you select this method, please note that we will ship your item using either DHL, USPS, or UPS. Most Plush rollers and other Kreative Kids items ship from California via UPS. Most customers receive their item within 4-5 days of shipping date. Items in our store ship USPS Priority Mail and take 2-3 business days.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on most orders priced over $65. Free shipping applies to flat rate shipping and is based on the subtotal - before tax and handling. At checkout please select flat rate shipping to take advantage of this offer.

Returns:

Purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date you received the order, (i.e. the delivery date), unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging, (excluding gift packaging), for a complete refund, (excluding shipping charges), unless otherwise noted. Sales become final 14 days after the order is delivered to recipient -- please do not return items to us later than 14 days after you have received them. (Items must arrive at our store within 14 days after the order was delivered to recipient, not be shipped within 14 days. Please allow transit time when returning items.) Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Camille’s Boutique and will be issued a store credit at the current selling price minus a 25% restocking fee.
